Situl qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant and Licenced Insolvency Practitioner with a top 10 national firm. Whilst there, he was responsible for a team dealing with a varied portfolio of assignments including the full range formal insolvency procedures including both personal and corporate. In addition he was involved with various ad hoc assignments such as carrying out business/strategy reviews for stakeholders and also general advisory work.

In 2001 Situl founded Springfields as he felt there was a gap in the market place for a new firm, concentrating on business recovery and insolvency work and a focus on delivering a quality service to stakeholders. Since then Situl has grown the business and is now a key player in this specialist field and is undertaking a wide variety of assignments and insolvency appointments.

Deviesh began his career in 2003 with a top 50 London firm, where he qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant. Deviesh is experienced in advising all sizes and nature of companies, ranging from smaller owner-managed businesses to large multi-franchise operations and professional practices, as well as individuals with personal debt problems. Deviesh has also lectured for insolvency professionals for The Association of Business Recovery Professionals (also known as ‘R3’). Deviesh joined Springfields in February 2010 and mainly deals with services for corporate clients.

David started his career in general practises before moving to a niche insolvency practise. He has had many years experience having worked as manager for top 10 national firms. David heads our personal insolvency team and has extensive knowledge in this area. David specialises in dealing with more complex cases and often acts for creditors in conducting detailed investigations.
